Penny Rug Pattern
Penny Rug pattern on Monk's cloth for rug punching or hooking. Design by Hooked on Rugs. Finished size is approx. 16" x 37". Yarn available separately. You will need an Oxford Punch and a no-slip hoop or frame to complete. This is a great rug to use up left over pieces of yarn.
